Refund & Cancellation Policy

We encourage guests to book ahead to secure your preferred date and time.

All bookings can be confirmed with a valid credit card. To cancel a reservation, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. For bookings of four or more guests, a 48-hour notice is required to avoid a full charge.

If you need to cancel, simply give us a call at 0458359143 (Wed-Sun, 11am-6pm) or email us at misschilliart@gmail.com. You can also leave a detailed text message, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Please note, a 100% charge will apply for no-show guests.

Arriving more than 30 minutes late will also be treated as a no-show.
